The Daily Express newspaper in England reported a few weeks back that Arsenal F.C. are apparently desperate to have striker Thierri Henri to commit his future to the north London club with the lure of a £100,000.00 a WEEK contract. Then I heard that Arsenal's cross town rival Chelsea are looking to sign Ukranian international Andriy Shevchenko from A.C. Milan for £110,000.00 a week! And lastly, Juventus striker Zlatan Ibrahimovich is reportedly demanding £80,000.00 a week AFTER TAX to play for Chelsea! I'm speechless. I challenge anyone to justify these wages in the face of the poverty and poor quality of life found in many parts of the world today.

Crap, my post was messed up, it should read:
I agree it's all crap. It's one reason why I stopped watching pro sports. I have no desire to support those clowns.
Henry is worth every penny. We pay sports star's to do what we can only wish we could do. You have played footy kimmy when you see Someone special like Henry play even though he play's for your rival's you can only watch in awe. That's what I pay to see and I hope arsenal keep him so we can see him In the EPL.
What kinda blasphemy is this?
